...WIND CHILL ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT NOON EST TODAY... Wind chills of zero to 10 below zero will increase to zero to 5 above zero this afternoon. Wind chills will drop below zero again this evening. The wind chill advisory will be allowed to expire at noon EST.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT NOON EST TODAY... Wind chill values are expected to continue to rise this afternoon, as temperatures warm up. Therefore, the wind chill advisory will be allowed to expire on schedule. Wind chill values may hover around zero degrees at times over parts of the area this afternoon.

...A Flood Warning continues for portions of the following waterways in Indiana... East Fork White River...Wabash River...White River... .Recent precipitation has brought rises to area waterways, particularly in the southern half of Indiana where it was both heaviest and mainly in the form of rain. A cold snap behind the weekend`s storm system is helping to freeze some of the runoff. Precautionary/Preparedness Actions... Motorists should never drive into flood water. Turn around and go another way. Keep children away from flooded areas. Recreational and agricultural interests should remain alert to changing river conditions. For detailed flood information go to weather.gov/ind on the web and click on rivers and lakes. The Flood Warning continues for The Wabash River at Lafayette.

* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Thursday afternoon and continue to rise to near 11.6 feet by Friday morning. It will fall below flood stage by late Friday night.

* At 12.0 feet...High water affects a few low river cabins and county roads. &&
