Tippecanoe County reports 39 new COVID-19 cases

INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Thursday, Sept 30, 3,482 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

According to the Indiana COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard, 3,250,562 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. 3,266,854 including the single-dose vaccine, are fully vaccinated. locally, Tippecanoe County reports 100,505 have been fully vaccinated.

According to ISDH, 962,808 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with coronavirus. A total of 15,165 people have died from the virus, an increase of 31. One new death was reported in the WLFI viewing area.

In the WLFI viewing area, additional cases were reported today in Benton (6), Carroll (12), Cass (23), Clinton (28), Fountain (6), Fulton (12), Howard (45), Jasper (22), Miami (31), Montgomery (20), Newton (7), Pulaski (8), Tippecanoe (39), Warren (6), and White (14).
