INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Friday, Sept 3, 5,079 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
According to the Indiana COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard, 3,140,793 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. 3,119,002 including the single-dose vaccine, are fully vaccinated. locally, Tippecanoe County reports 97,396 have been fully vaccinated.
According to ISDH, 873,480 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with coronavirus. A total of 14,121 people have died from the virus. An increase of 20. Two new deaths were reported in the WLFI viewing area:
- Cass - 1 (total 117)
- Jasper - 1 (total 60)
In the WLFI viewing area, additional cases were reported today in Benton (26), Carroll (20), Cass (41), Clinton (20), Fountain (26), Fulton (30), Howard (106), Jasper (19), Miami (32), Montgomery (32), Newton (6), Pulaski (15), Tippecanoe (90), Warren (9), and White (12).
