No stranger to the Midwest, Kiyerra Lake joins WLFI from Novi, Michigan.

She was hired as a multi-platform journalist in August 2016 after graduating from Michigan State University. Go Green!

During college, Kiyerra was involved in her University’s news program, Focal Point. She interned at WJBK Fox 2 Detroit and the late-night talk show Conan in Burbank, CA.

Kiyerra is not afraid to travel. She loves it. She has lived in several cities in Michigan, New York, Mexico and Brazil.

On Kiyerra’s free time, she likes to explore what central Indiana has to offer and meet new people. She enjoys listening to music, seeing friends, being around family, going out, and fishing.

Even though Kiyerra is forever a Spartan, she is grateful to get the chance to tell stories in another Big Ten area.
