WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Have you ever wanted to master a new hobby in a day?
The "How To" Festival at Saint Thomas Aquinas Church is giving people that opportunity. Dozens of community experts led more than 30 workshops teaching people skills in various topics. Some included how to blacksmith, how to make cooper wire-trees and how to loom knit.

Church members led the majority of the workshops Father Patrick Baikauskas said their goal is to give back to the community.
That's why it's free of charge.
"These are people giving freely of their gifts and talents so we don't need to make any money," said Father Baikauckas. "It's really to give something back to the community that gives us so much."
This year marks the fourth annual event.
