LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Work is back underway on the new Loeb Stadium.
As News 18 previously reported, construction was halted for three weeks earlier this month.
While construction was halted, the city took two bids to eventually play there.
Bids were placed by Lafayette Family Entertainment, which owns the Aviators, and Main Street Baseball Indiana, which owns several minor league teams.
If Main Street Baseball's bid is approved, their team would be part of the Northwood Leagues, which has the bulk of opponents in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Roswarski said he hopes to have a final decision on a new tenant sometime in July.
Construction on the stadium was scheduled to be completed in December, but the recent halt could push back completion.
