WHITE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - White County Sheriff Bill Brooks has released the names and ages of the three suspects in custody for Thursday's double homicide. It happened at a home in Wolcott.
He said 20-year-old Breana Cobb, 20-year-old Dorian Hale and 19-year-old Marlin Seay are all in custody at the White County jail.
He said they most likely won't have mug shots available until Monday. The White County Prosecutor is still reviewing the case and has not given formal charges yet.
As we've previously reported, police were called to a home on the corner of Range and School Streets around 2pm Thursday. Brothers Matthew and Daniel Benyon, 20 and 24, were found dead inside. Both died of gunshot wounds.
Sheriff Brooks said he three suspects first court appearance is scheduled for this Thursday.
