TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI)—Wea Creek Orchard hosted its first fall fest on Sunday.
There were more than thirty vendors there. Kids could also enjoy trick or treating adventure in five different stations. There was also a chili cook off.
People were also encouraged to donate to the YWCA Preventing and Addressing Domestic Violence Initiative.
Mariah Merryman said today was a great day to get the community out.
"Honestly it allows people to get to know each other," said Merryman. "People are finding out about new vendors, people are finding out about food trucks. We're basically supporting other members of the community and other businesses as well."
There was also a viewing of the movie Halloweentown.
