LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Friday night is your chance to try some good drinks while making a difference in Greater Lafayette.
The Wabash Center is hosting its 16th Wines on the Wabash fundraiser. The organization helps those with special needs find services to improve their quality of life.
Friday's event will have 25 different wines and craft beers to sample. You can also enter a diamond giveaway or a 50/50 raffle.
The Wabash Center's President and CEO said it does more than raise money for the organization.
"Not only does it help us monetarily, but it really helps us spread the word of what it is that we do as an organization," said Jason McManus. "That is supporting people with disabilities in our community."
Wines on the Wabash is from 7 to 10 p.m. at Legacy Courts on Schuyler Avenue.
Tickets are still available online or at the door.
