TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - Police now say that 18 homes vandalized over the weekend are connected to a group of male teenagers.

As we previously reported, the vandals took lawn rocks and ornaments and threw them at homes around the south side of Lafayette. Many homes had window damage.

The Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Office said they had 15 homes in their jurisdiction. The Lafayette Police Department said they had three in their jurisdiction.

LPD said they also had one other case of vandalism happen over the weekend that they do not believe is related. This other vandalism was in a different part of town and was an egging incident.

TCSO said they have one suspect identified and are currently searching for them. Anyone with information can call TCSO at 765-423-9388 or LPD at 765-807-1200.
