Two people are now being held in the Tippecanoe County Jail and face charges in relation to Sunday night's protests.
According to the Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office, Franceka Williams of Lafayette was arrested on two counts of Burglary and two counts of theft.
Officials said she is accused of burglary and theft from two locations. The Verizon Wireless store on Promenade Parkway, and Tower Liquors on Creasy Lane.
Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office also stated Robert Perkins of Lafayette was arrested for rioting while armed with a deadly weapon and arson. The Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Office said the charges relate to throwing of an explosive device at the entrance to the Tippecanoe County Courthouse
Both were taken into custody. Investigations into these cases are still on-going.
