PORTLAND, Ore. (WLFI) — Caleb Swanigan has a new home.
The Sacramento Kings acquired the former Purdue All-American from the Portland Trail Blazers for Skal Labissiere on Thursday.
Swanigan was in his second season with the Blazers. He appeared in 18 games this season averaging 1.9 poiints and 2.9 rebounds.
Portland selected Swanigan with the 26th pick in the first round of the 2017 NBA Draft.
The Fort Wayne native joins a Kings' franchise currently 28-26 — ninth place in the Western Conference.
