INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Thursday, April 22, 1,250 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

According to the Indiana COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard, 2,233,214 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. 1,653,798, including the single-dose vaccine, are fully vaccinated. locally, Tippecanoe County reports 37,862 have been fully vaccinated.
According to ISDH, 711,787 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with the coronavirus. A total of 12,844 people have died from the virus, an increase of 4. one new death was reported in the viewing area:

Purdue University’s COVID Dashboard reports 151 active cases with 146 being students and 5 being employees. It has reported a total of 6,097 cases since it started reporting on August 1.
