INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Friday, April 30, 812 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

According to the Indiana COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard, 2,365,057 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. 1,942,376, including the single-dose vaccine, are fully vaccinated. locally, Tippecanoe County reports 59,499 have been fully vaccinated.
According to ISDH, 720,425 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with the coronavirus. A total of 12,921 people have died from the virus, an increase of 8. No new deaths were reported in the viewing area.
In the WLFI viewing area, additional cases were reported today in Benton (1), Carroll (2), Cass (1), Clinton (7), Fountain (2), Fulton (1), Howard (8), Jasper (6), Miami (4), Montgomery (5), Newton (1), Pulaski (1), Tippecanoe (27), Warren (0), and White (4). Further data can be found here.
Purdue University’s COVID Dashboard reports 52 active cases with 48 being students and 4 being employees. It has reported a total of 6,158 cases since it started reporting on August 1.
