Tippecanoe County reports 20 new COVID-19 cases, bringing total over 2000

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Tuesday, September 15, that 758 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Tuesday, September 15, that 758 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

According to ISDH, 107,229 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with the coronavirus. A total of 3,235 people have died from the virus, an increase of 20. One additional death was reported in Howard County bringing its total to 63.

In the WLFI viewing area, new cases were reported in Carroll (1), Cass (2), Clinton (4), Fountain (1), Fulton (3), Howard (4), Miami (1), Newton (3)m Tippecanoe (20) and White (1).

  • Benton – 87
  • Carroll – 267 (13 deaths)
  • Cass – 1,913 (9 deaths)
  • Clinton – 589 (11 death)
  • Fountain – 113 (2 deaths)
  • Fulton – 226 (2 deaths)
  • Howard – 1,235 (63 deaths)
  • Jasper – 372 (2 death)
  • Miami – 418 (2 deaths)
  • Montgomery – 493 (21 deaths)
  • Newton – 162 (10 deaths)
  • Pulaski- 113 (1 death)
  • Tippecanoe – 2,029 (13 deaths)
  • Warren – 38 (1 death)
  • White – 467 (13 deaths)

Purdue University reports 17,880 total tests given since August 1. There have been 479 total diagnosed cases. Purdue's dashboard breaks down as follows:
