WOLCOTT, Ind. (WLF) — Three people have been charged after allegedly murdering two brothers. White County prosecutors said the victims died of gunshot wounds on October 21 in a home in Wolcott.
According to court documents, Breann Cobb, Marlin Seay, and Dorian Hale are accused of killing Daniel and Matthew Benyon. Each faces two counts of murder.
Authorities said they found a red cellphone and pink canister of pepper spray. Police said the phone belonged to Cobb after performing a forensic examination on the device. Officers say a text message found on the phone said that Cobb purchased the pepper spray.
Law enforcement officials said they then interviewed Cobb, who allegedly admitted that Seay was with her.
