BOONE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) — Multiple juveniles are expected to appear in court after they allegedly burglarized a convenience store. According to the Boone County Sherrif, deputies responded to an alarm at a GL Food Mart on State Road 32 in Boone County around 3:30 a.m. Thursday morning. Officers found signs of a damaged door and evidence someone had been in the building. No one was located inside.
After looking at video surveillance and speaking with the store's owner about 70 Vape Cartridges and 2 Juul Smoking devices were missing.
Later that same morning, Thorntown police found three suspected juveniles who matched the description of the surveillance footage.
All three suspects were placed on ankle monitoring by the Boone County Juvenile Probation. A court date has not been set.
