TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) — The Tippecanoe School Corporation has expanded its remote lunch program in an effort to get food to as many families as possible during the pandemic.
Starting Monday, the school district is adding new drive-up sites at Battle Ground and Wainwright Middle Schools. Locations are already set up at the Tippecanoe County Public Library Wyandotte Branch, Romney Meadows Apartments and Point West Mobile Home Community.
The food is free for all TSC students from kindergarten through high school. It's first come, first serve from noon until 1 p.m. The lunch bags will include a sandwich, fruit, vegetable, and milk for five days.
