Silver Alert canceled for missing Delphi couple

The Silver Alert for Ida and Arthur Lane has been canceled.

UPDATE: The Silver Alert for Ida and Arthur Lane has been canceled. They were found early Wednesday morning driving on Interstate 465 in Indianapolis. News 18 was told they are OK, but they will be taken to a hospital for evaluation.

ORIGINAL STORY:

DELPHI, Ind. (WLFI) — A Silver Alert has been issued for an elderly couple from Delphi.

The Carroll County Sheriff's Office is looking for 83-year-old Ida Lane and 86-year-old Arthur Lane. They were last seen Tuesday in Delphi.

Investigators say the couple is believed to be in danger and may need medical assistance.

They were last seen driving a light blue 2006 Ford Taurus with an Indiana plate, 352LXE.

Anyone with information should call 911 or the sheriff's office at 765-564-2413.
