Lows this morning dropped to 50-58.

Highs today reached 77-82.

Dew points dropped to as low as 41 this afternoon as very dry air bled in!

It will not be quite as cool as lastnight at 54-59 with partly cloudy skies & a light east to east-southeast wind.

With partly to mostly cloudy skies, a couple to few isolated light showers are possible late in the day Friday, followed by spotty light showers tomorrow evening for the Frenzy with temperatures dropping to 68 by 9:30 p.m.

Winds will be from the southeast to south-southeast at 5-10 mph.

Saturday looks mostly cloudy with south-southwest winds 15-25 mph & more humid conditions with highs 76-81 (after morning lows of 62-66).

35-40% coverage of showers & isolated storms is expected Saturday, especially midday to mid-afternoon.

Coverage should decrease to 30% by 6 pm, then 25% by 7 pm, then any rain out by 9 p.m.

After an isolated shower Sunday morning, the afternoon looks good with partly cloudy skies, lower humidity & nice west-northwest winds 12-25 mph.  Highs of 80-85 are likely, followed by 57-62 Sunday night with some patchy fog.

Labor Day looks mostly sunny with pretty low humidity & west winds 5-10 mph.  highs of 82-87 are expected.

Tuesday looks windy with southwest winds 20-33 mph with dew points surging to 67-71.  Highs of 85-90 are likely with heat indices Near 90-95.

A broken line of storms is expected in the late afternoon-evening with an average of 40% coverage.

Given the strong wind fields at all levels, any storm that does go up could be severe with wind/hail risk.

Wednesday & Thursday look nice with highs 78-84 & lows generally in the 50s to lower 60s with northwest winds becoming northeast to east.

We will need to watch southern Texas to Mexico for potential tropical storm or hurricane.

Looks like a lot of heat September 10-15 with lots of tropical storms & hurricanes.  Florida, the East Coast, Northern New England & the Canadian Maritimes, Bermude & the Caribbean will all feature substantial risk.
