After lows this morning of 61-66, highs today reached 70-80 with the warmest temperatures where the most sunshine occurred. Even at our WLFI ob site, we saw more sun than the airport & ended up two degree warmer with a 79-degree high.
With mostly cloudy to cloudy skies tonight (& some patchy fog, though not as much as lastnight), lows should run 58-64, followed by mostly cloudy skies seeing some clearing later tomorrow & highs 74-80. Wind will be from the northeast to east-northeast tonight through tomorrow at 10-15 mph.
After 58-63 tomorrow night, highs Saturday should reach 81-86 with partly cloudy skies. East wind should become southeast, then south to southwest at 8-12 mph.
The humidity will be on the rise with dew points reaching the upper 60s to around 70.
A line/band of scattered showers/storms are likely Saturday late afternoon-evening. Some more are possible Saturday night with a couple to early Sunday morning.
After lows of 63-67 Saturday night, with clearing skies, highs on Sunday should run at 80-86 (with west wind 8-16 mph)
Next week looks dry with crisp cool nights & warm days with low humidity.
Next even slight potential of any shower/storm after Sunday morning is next Friday night (& that is looking slimmer & slimmer this evening).
Above normal temperatures & below normal rainfall regime look dominant to at least mid-October.
