LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — West Lafayette girls soccer (4-3) overcame wet field conditions and cold temperatures to defeat Faith Christian, 1-0 on the road on Thursday night.
Kylie Reif was the lone goal scorer, despite RDP's 28 total shots.
West Lafayette has played just 7 games after a 9-game cancellation due to quarantine. Reif said the Red Devils did not stop training during that time.

Faith Christian goalkeeper Sydney Argo logged 17 saves in the loss. The Eagles fall to 11-3-1 on the season.
West Lafayette will play Twin Lakes in round two of the sectional tournament on October 8th (round one bye).
The Eagles will take on North White in round two of the sectional tournament on October 8th (round one bye).
