TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) – Tippecanoe County is expanding pick-up at its remote recycling sites.
This comes nearly a month after West Lafayette's 24-7 recycling Center closed, due to lack of space.
The county has recycling drop-off locations at East Tipp Baptist Church on East 300 North, Southwestern Middle School, and the town of Stockwell on the southeast corner of Yorktown and Monroe.
Recyclables will now be collected on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
They will be monitoring the area so recyclable materials do not overfill. They're asking people to place their recyclables in the dumpsters, and not outside of them.
