LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) -- Lafayette police credit good community relations as one of the best ways to strengthen the community. Here's a great example of what that looks like - a birthday ride!
While patrolling the local neighborhood, officers were stopped by Braydlen and Cayden. The boys informed the officers that Monday was their birthday. LPD posted pictures on its Twitter page yesterday:
Happy birthday boys, stay awesome! Hopefully sitting in the front of the squad car will make it one to remember! #LPDIN pic.twitter.com/eMjUnZ5Oep
