Some scattered snow showers are possible tonight-tomorrow as another cold front passes.
There is a trend now for this huge storm system along the Gulf & East Coast to bring steady, accumulating snowfall to the area. There is 50/50 agreement on getting this steady band of accumulating snowfall to the area Monday evening-night. This would be followed by snow showers Tuesday. Confidence is a bit low right now on exactly how far this snowfall will get. 1-4" COULD occur IF this more northerly track occurs.
Regardless, some localized minor accumulation of less than 1" is likely from snow showers anyway, but if the current trends follow, then higher accumulation amounts could occur if the band of steadier snowfall tracks farther northward. Lake effect may produce 1-3" in eastern Pulaski, Fulton & northern Cass & Miami counties no matter what.
There are trends to even bring some snow showers in Wednesday with the Arctic airmass.
Warmth should follow with rain & 50s to 60s instead of snow, followed by Arctic airmass after that.
