CLINTON COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI)—The Town of Mulberry hosted a Hometown Christmas this evening. This is the third year for the event.
The Christmas celebration was held at the town park. The gathering was highlighted by live music and horse-drawn carriage rides. Children from around the community had the chance to sit on Santa's lap as well. Hometown Christmas Coordinator Paula Bennett says she started this event to bring the commuity together.
"The whole purpose of this event was put together for the community to have an affordable, fun, familiy friendly, so you can get out and get to know your neighbors," said Bennett. "My heart is with Mulberry, I love this community and I feel like it's important to show the kids, small town living can be fun."

Everyone involved in the Hometown Christmas event came together from the Mulberry community.
