LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Faith West pastor Josh Greiner shared a message of hope with the community Friday.

"Christ when he's on the way to the cross begins to tell his disciples what's about to happen. And sensing that they're full of fear and anxiety tries to calm them down. And he says these words in John 16:33. These things I have spoken to you so that in me that is in Christ you may have peace. In this world you will have tribulation. Doesn't there feel like there is a lot tribulation, hardship right now. He says take courage I have overcome the world. Christ says we can know peace in the midst of hard times because he has overcome the world. If you find yourself with some fear and some anxiety here today, he says turn to him and in his word you will know peace"
