Temperatures are 48-55 over the area with rainfall totals of barely a trace to as much as 0.14".

Back edge of the shower action runs from Logansport to Lafayette to Covington & is pulling eastward.

We are already seeing some cloud breaking in Newton & Jasper counties.  This slow clearing trend will gradually work southeastward through the day.

Highs today will end up at 59-64.

With skies going mostly clear to clear with calm winds, areas of fog are possible tonight-Sunday morning with lows 38-45.

Sunday look good with sunshine & some increasing patchy high/mid clouds riding along warm front in the PM with highs 70-76.  Winds will go from calm to southwest at 8-16 mph.

Other than a couple isolated showers/storms in the far north Monday morning, Monday looks dry until late afternoon-evening.

At that point, line of storms to the northwest of our area may ride the warm front east-southward into our zone.

This could impact much fo the viewing area.

A couple isolated severe storms are possible.

Highs will run 72-80 over the area.

Some showers & storms are possible Tuesday morning, followed by a break with a few isolated storms Tuesday afternoon-evening.

Highs look to run 74 north to 80-85 south with high humidity.

Pretty widespread rain & storms are likely Wednesday with highs in the 67-75 range with high humidity.

Any severe risk looks very low at the moment.

Focus Thursday is on pretty rapidly deepening surface low out of central Illinois which will bring organized rain & storms to the area.

Potential is there for a line of storms as shear & dynamics increase with deepening surface low.

Some severe storms are possible in or near the viewing area.

Highs will run in the 70s with high humidity.

Friday just looks showery (& possible part of Saturday) with highs in the 50s & 60s, followed by dry weather next Saturday night to Sunday before rainfall returns next Sunday night.

It will be cool with 60s dominating Sunday with morning lows in the 40s.
