A few storms are possible today with 35% coverage with clouds/sun.

Given intense heating & waterloading, I can't rule out an isolated severe storm.  It would tend to be in the form of an isolated microburst with potential of some sub-severe hail.  These storm will tend to pulse up & collapse.  In that collapsing process, a random, sudden microburst cannot be ruled out.  Quick, very heavy rainfall would occur as well.

Highs of 85-92 are likely with humid to muggy conditions.  Heat indices should run 90-100.

There may be a few more than what the model indicates.

Some scattered showers & storms are possible Wednesday morning, then a lull, followed by a few more in the afternoon.

It will continue to be muggy.

Coverage should average 45%.

Highs will run in the 80s.

Some showers, followed by some scattered showers & storms are possible Thursday with highs near 80 to the 80s.

It will continue to be muggy.

Some showers & storms are possible Friday before 2 p.m. with highs 75-82. Humidity will decrease in the afternoon with clearing skies & a northwest wind up to 25 mph.

Sunshine & diurnal cumulus clouds mixed will dominated next weekend with cooler & less humid weather.  Highs of 71-77 are likely with lows 45-52.

I suppose you could call it Blackberry Winter!

Monday-most of next Friday of next week currently looks dry & becoming breezy to windy from the southwest.  Highs will head for 87-92 again with lows 60s to 70.  Heat indices may reach 92-100.

Lots of severe weather will occur Manitoba to Nebraska.  We look dominated by an upper ridge.

Storms may affects us Friday evening-Saturday.  Severe weather risk is possible.
