Temperatures are 71-79 as of 11 a.m. Highs of 81-85 are expected this afternoon & clouds increase. Winds will be strong from the south-southwest with gusts to 41 mph.
Round of showers & some thunder are likely tonight-Monday AM, followed by clearing & windy weather.
Highs of 80-85 are likely Monday.
Two rounds of showers/storms are expected Monday: evening & then late Monday night.
Each one will have some severe weather risk. SPC has SLIGHT RISK up for much of the area. No doubt, ENHANCED RISK will be drawn in with future outlooks from Arkansas to southern Indiana. Pocket of MODERATE may be drawn in if a focused area of intense severe weather can be ascertained.
Large to very large hail, wind & a few tornadoes are possible in that corridor.
Here, our risk is mainly wind & some hail.
After a break, showers & a few storms are possible Tuesday.
The severe weather should stay just south & southeast of our area, but we will monitor.
We look to stay just north of the warm front with highs in the 60s to 70.
Wind, hail & tornado risk will occur from Pennsylvania to Ohio to southern half of Indiana through Kentucky & southward.
Wednesday looks dry with highs in the 60s to 70 with lows in the 40s.
