Totals are near normal to slightly above normal for a large chunk of the area for February 19.  Snowfalls have been spread out since October & it has tended to melt quickly.  Nonetheless, nearly the entire viewing area has had at least 12".  The lightest totals of less than 10" are in a band running from Pence to Otterbein, Round Grove & northwest of West Lafayette.  Another band of less snowfall is found in central Miami County.

Normal October-April snowfall totals are 14-30" with highest totals in the far northwestern & northeastern fringe.

Totals from CoCo observers, COOP observers & spotters show overall 7.2-21" of snow from October 31, 2019-February 19, 2020 for the area.

At the WLFI ob site, I have recorded 16.8" of snowfall for the 2019-20 season.

This includes:

0.5" October

2.9" November

3.3" December

4.5" January

5.6" February (biggest snowfall of the 2019-20 season so far of 3.6" February 12-13)

Total:  16.8"

The CoCo station 2.2 miles northeast of Lafayette shows clustering of accumulating snowfall with long lulls since Halloween:

Here is a look at the Kokomo NWS COOP observer reports.  Similar to NE Lafayette, there are long lulls in what has been a long snow season:
