LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Lafayette police are investigating the Wednesday morning report of shots fired near an apartment complex.
Just after midnight, police got a report of shots fired in the Romney Meadows area on the city's south side.
Police found shell casings near the sidewalk at the intersection of Westchester Lane and Cernan Court.
No one was hurt by the rounds, and there was no damage to nearby property.
No arrests have been made.
