LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) -- Lafayette Transitional Housing Center is using a big donation to benefit its clients.

On Tuesday, Lafayette Rotary presented Jennifer Shook a check for $10,000.

Shook is LTHC's development director.

The money is going toward the new engagement center.

It will replace the old Trinity Mission location at 815 North 12th Street.

The engagement center is designed to be LTHC's first stop for anyone experiencing homelessness to receive supporting housing and services.
