WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — For the first time since 1953, Lafayette Jeff and West Lafayette will meet on the gridiron.
The two schools agreeing to play a four-year football series beginning next fall when West Lafayette hosts Lafayette Jeff in both team's season opener on August 17.

The Bronchos are coming off a 10-1 season — the lone loss to Carmel in the Class 6A sectional 4 championship game.
The Red Devils finished 11-2 in 2017, bowing out to Brebeuf in regional play.
With the new contract, Lafayette Jeff nullifies its four-year series with Central Catholic which began last fall. The Bronchos beat the Knights 54-0 at LaRocca Field.
To fill the scheduling void, Central Catholic will play Tri-West to kickoff next season.
