LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI)—The Lafayette Aviators are not only ready to welcome fans in the stands this season, they are also ready to expand their team.

"Probably still got about 12 positions open here at Loeb Stadium," said Executive Director for The Lafayette Aviators David Krakower

19 days away from kick off and  Krakower said they are still looking for summer help.

"We are working with Purdue, we are posting the jobs in a few different places," said Krakower

The newly renovated stadium offers several new positions such as the people's brewing beer garden where fans can enjoy craft beer from different local brewing companies and enjoy a view.

As well as the new second level indoor/outdoor suites that'll serve up to 200 people.

"We probably got about a dozen positions this year that they haven't had in the past just because of the need," said Krakower.

Krakower said Loeb Stadium is expecting a bigger crowd this season. A crowd sales associate at Loeb Stadium Hunter Roush who started working in January is excited for.

"The people in general, like I said you make some good friends out of this and you enjoy coming to work, just interacting with different people here," said Roush.

Roush said anyone looking for a summer job should keep the Lafayette Aviators in mind.

"For anybody who's been to a baseball game, you know it's fun, you know the atmosphere is a bunch of fun to be at now imagine being a part of that fun atmosphere and bringing that to people itself," said Roush.

If you or someone you know is interested in working at Loeb Stadium this season you can find information on how to apply by clicking here.
