LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — A Lafayette police Lieutenant is back in town after completing a 10 week training program with the FBI.

Lieutenant Jay Rosen graduated from the 273rd session of the FBI National Academy Program on Friday. Since 1935, the program has helped more than 50,000 law enforcement officers world-wide become better equipped to serve their communities.
