Massive swath of snow extends from Colorado to Indiana & Kentucky.  This is a significant winter storm with 7-14" totals expected from near Kansas City to west-central Illinois.  Even Virginia & Maryland are expected to get 4-9" with glazing & sleet in some areas.

Leading edge of the snow is in central & southern Illinois.  Patch south of Champaign & Danville is virga or snow that is evaporating before it hits the ground.

Leading edge may make it to the Vermillion/Fountain line around 11 p.m.  Most of the snow will overspread the area after midnight.

It has been greatly affecting the St. Louis area already!
