January 10, 6 PM Weather Forecast Update

Here is the latest on snow for Saturday.

Winter Storm Watches & Warnings are lined up just south & southwest of our viewing area.

Snow should overspread the viewing area in the 7 to 11 a.m. time frame Saturday morning.

2-3" should fall north with 3-5" over a good chunk of the area & 5-7" in the far southwest & south on the edge of the Winter Storm Watch area.

It will be a wet, gloppy snow with temperatures 31-33.  East to east-northeast winds will run 10-15 mph for the duration of the snow, which will end northwest to southeast in the 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. time frame.

A little bit of freezing drizzle & some flurries may occur after 2 a.m. early Sunday morning.  Some flurries could last into Sunday, which will be cloudy with highs 28-31 after 25-28 in the morning for low temperatures.
