INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Monday, April 19, 770 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

According to the Indiana COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard, 2,174,794 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. 1,573,036, including the single-dose vaccine, are fully vaccinated. locally, Tippecanoe County reports 35,393 have been fully vaccinated.
According to ISDH, 708,779 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with the coronavirus. A total of 12,818 people have died from the virus, an increase of 3. No new deaths were reported in the viewing area.
In the WLFI viewing area, additional cases were reported today in Benton (0), Carroll (1), Cass (1), Clinton (7), Fountain (1), Fulton (3), Howard (2), Jasper (4), Miami (3), Montgomery (1), Newton (3), Pulaski (2), Tippecanoe (35), Warren (1), and White (1). Further data can be found here.
Purdue University’s COVID Dashboard reports 147 active cases with 137 being students and 10 being employees. It has reported a total of 6,058 cases since it started reporting on August 1.
