INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Monday, March 15, 421 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

According to the Indiana COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard, 1,276,777 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. 837,233, including the single-dose vaccine, are fully vaccinated.
According to ISDH, 672,967 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with the coronavirus. A total of 12,454 people have died from the virus, an increase of eight. New deaths were reported in the following WLFI viewing areas:
- Cass- 1 (total 102)
- Howard - 1 (total 206)
In the WLFI viewing area, additional cases were reported today in Benton (0), Carroll (1), Cass (6), Clinton (1), Fountain (0), Fulton (3), Howard (6), Jasper (1), Miami (1), Montgomery (5), Newton (0), Pulaski (1), Tippecanoe (28), Warren (0), and White (3). Further data can be found here.
Purdue University’s COVID Dashboard reports 135 active cases with 127being students and 8 being employees. It has reported total of 5,466 ases since it started reporting on August 1.
