INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Tuesday, April 6, 669 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

According to the Indiana COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard, 1,794,940 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. 1,266,129, including the single-dose vaccine, are fully vaccinated. locally, Tippecanoe County reports 26,775 have been fully vaccinated.
According to ISDH, 692,240 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with the coronavirus. A total of 12,679 people have died from the virus, an increase of 11. One new death was reported in the viewing area

Purdue University’s COVID Dashboard reports 196 active cases with 185 being students and 11 being employees. It has reported a total of 5,829 cases since it started reporting on August 1.
