INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Tuesday that 314 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in Indiana.
According to ISDH, 48,626 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with the coronavirus. A total of 2,524 people have died from the virus, an increase of 19. Tippecanoe County reported on new death from COVID-19 for a total of nine.
In the WLFI viewing area, new cases were reported in Cass, Howard, Miami, Montgomery, Newton, and Tippecanoe.
A total of 530,075 people have been tested. The intensive care unit and ventilator capacity remains steady. As of today, 41 percent of ICU beds and 84 percent of ventilators are available.
