INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Thursday, Aug 5, 1,899 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
According to the Indiana COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard, 2,952,656 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. 2,963,081 including the single-dose vaccine, are fully vaccinated. locally, Tippecanoe County reports 93,849 have been fully vaccinated.
According to ISDH, 779,317 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with coronavirus. A total of 13,615 people have died from the virus, an increase of 6. One new death was reported in the WLFI viewing area:

In the WLFI viewing area, additional cases were reported today in Benton (4), Carroll (5), Cass (16), Clinton (10), Fountain (11), Fulton (7), Howard (35), Jasper (5), Miami (22), Montgomery (14), Newton (2), Pulaski (5), Tippecanoe (47), Warren (2), and White (12). Further data can be found here.
