INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Saturday, February 13, 1,275 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

According to ISDH, 647,657 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with the coronavirus. A total of 11,722 people have died from the virus, an increase of 33. New deaths were reported in the following local counties:
Howard - 1 (total 180)
Tippecanoe - 2 (total 188)
In the WLFI viewing area, new cases were reported in Benton (1), Carroll (8), Cass (16), Clinton (7), Fountain (6), Fulton (1), Howard (21), Jasper (5), Miami (8), Montgomery (8), Newton (0), Pulaski (3) Tippecanoe (62), Warren (1), and White (6).

Purdue University’s COVID Dashboard reports 298 active cases with 286 being students and 12 being employees. It has reported 4,830 total cases since it started reporting on August 1. 140,796 total tests have been given on campus.
According to the Indiana COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard, 799,639 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. 320,575 have received the second dose and are fully vaccinated.
