INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Tuesday, Sept 21, 3,936 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
According to the Indiana COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard, 3,221,894 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. 3,221,558 including the single-dose vaccine, are fully vaccinated. locally, Tippecanoe County reports 99,847 have been fully vaccinated.
According to ISDH, 941,120 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with coronavirus. A total of 14,836 people have died from the virus, an increase of 72. Three new deaths were reported in the WLFI viewing area:
- Carroll - 1 (total 29)
- Fountain - 1 (total 55)
- Miami - 1 (total 88)
In the WLFI viewing area, additional cases were reported today in Benton (7), Carroll (5), Cass (16), Clinton (12), Fountain (29), Fulton (29), Howard (65), Jasper (19), Miami (34), Montgomery (39), Newton (16), Pulaski (13), Tippecanoe (42), Warren (4), and White (24).
