INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Thursday, March 4, 962 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

According to the Indiana COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard, 1,061,173 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. 633,123 have received the second dose and are fully vaccinated.
According to ISDH, 664,446 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with the coronavirus. A total of 12,231 people have died from the virus, an increase of 32. New deaths have been reported in the following WLFI viewing area:

In the WLFI viewing area, additional cases were reported today in Benton (0), Carroll (1), Cass (13), Clinton (2), Fountain (3), Fulton (5), Howard (9), Jasper (11), Miami (2), Montgomery (12), Newton (0), Pulaski (6) Tippecanoe (49), Warren (1), and White (5). Further data can be found here.
Purdue University’s COVID Dashboard reports 237 active cases with 228 being students and 9 being employees. It has reported 5,282 total cases since it started reporting on August 1.
