INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Friday, February 26, 963 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

According to the Indiana COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard, 963,225 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. 531,962 have received the second dose and are fully vaccinated.
According to ISDH, 660,071 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with the coronavirus. A total of 12,098 people have died from the virus, an increase of 33. New deaths have been reported in the WLFI viewing area:

In the WLFI viewing area, additional cases were reported today in Benton (1), Carroll (1), Cass (34), Clinton (7), Fountain (1), Fulton (2), Howard (8), Jasper (6), Miami (5), Montgomery (10), Newton (1), Pulaski (1) Tippecanoe (52), Warren (1), and White (10). Further data can be found here.
Purdue University’s COVID Dashboard reports 249active cases with 233 being students and 16 being employees. It has reported 5,143 total cases since it started reporting on August 1.
