INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Thursday, February 18, 786 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
According to the Indiana COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard, 851,321 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. 377,331 have received the second dose and are fully vaccinated.

According to ISDH, 652,210 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with the coronavirus. A total of 11,854 people have died from the virus, an increase of 29. New deaths were reported in the following local counties:
- Cass - 2 (total 96)
- Howard - 3 (total 190)
- Pulaski - 1 (total 42)
- Tippecanoe - 1 (total 193)
In the WLFI viewing area, additional cases were reported today in Benton (0), Carroll (0), Cass (1), Clinton (3), Fountain (0), Fulton (1), Howard (2), Jasper (5), Miami (3), Montgomery (9), Newton (0), Pulaski (0) Tippecanoe (56), Warren (1), and White (4).

Purdue University’s COVID Dashboard reports 210 active cases with 200 being students and 10 being employees. It has reported 4,899 total cases since it started reporting on August 1. 143,641 total tests have been given on campus.
