FOUNTAIN COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) — A six point five million dollar resurfacing project is set to get underway on Interstate 74 in Fountain and Montgomery counties.
According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, crews will resurface the highway from just east of US 41 to just east of State Road 25. They'll also work on the bridges over the east fork of Coal Creek.
During construction, the interstate will be restricted to one lane in each direction, where the crews are working.
The restrictions are expected to continue through the end of November.
