WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — The Starry Nights Music and Arts Festival kicks off its 17th annual event in West Lafayette on Saturday.
According to event leaders, this event draws thousands of people each year.
It was designed to bring the community of Purdue students and residents of Greater Lafayette together. It brought live music, a variety of vendors, interactive art and food.
Purdue Christian Campus House hosts the event. and Pastor Rob Schrumpf said it's great seeing their goal for the festival play out each year.
“Our heart is that coming on these streets that there is a sense of beauty and a sense of togetherness and a sense of true community that happens,” said Schrumpf.
